40th Billy Joins West End Company of Billy Elliot at Victoria Palace Theatre Tonight by Mark Shenton

The 40th boy to play the title role of Billy Elliot in the West End joins the company March 11 at London's Victoria Palace Theatre, ahead of the show marking its 10th anniversary in London in May.
