Black to Black: A Review of "A Raisin in the Sun" at Court Theatre

The sixtieth anniversary of the death of playwright Lorraine Hansberry is the catalyst for the first-ever Court Theatre production of "A Raisin in the Sun." The Chicago-born Hansberry was the first Black woman to have a play produced on Broadway with "Raisin" in 1959 and died from pancreatic cancer at the age of thirty-four six years later.
