Thinkery and Verse's " Bride of the Gulf' -- now at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe -- features only Iraqi characters. Playwright J.M. Meyer, a former U.S. Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, said it's important to see beyond winners and losers in any conflict.
